ARM Energy is a rapidly growing company servicing the energy sector and was quickly outgrowing their current space. LEAD Construction was selected to provide Design-Build solutions to develop, design and construct a premier office for their expanded business requirements. LEAD was able to meet and exceed expectations with build out of the fourth and fifth floor and by connecting both floors with a carefully designed monument stair that included areas for group gatherings as well as semi-private areas. The 46,000 sq. ft. build out included eleven new conference rooms and open office workstations that were placed near exterior windows and glass office fronts to allow all employees equal access to daylight views and was supplemented with dimmable direct / indirect lighting throughout the office. To further promote health and wellness, a 2,980 sq. ft. fitness center was designed for employee access and a recreation area was provided to allow employees to mentally destress while playing a game or entertaining clients.
