Jacob Lee; Founder & CEO

As the driving force behind the company’s vision and strategic direction, Jacob is passionate about fostering a culture rooted in integrity, creativity and an unwavering commitment to project excellence.

With more than 25 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Jacob has led successful projects across life sciences, biotech, healthcare, manufacturing, high-end office finish-outs, and warehouse/distribution facilities. A native Houstonian, he’s deeply connected within the local construction community and has built a strong network grounded in trust and respect.

Jacob’s leadership extends beyond his company - he has served on the board of the Construction Leadership Council of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Houston, and in 2010, he became one of the youngest professionals appointed to the Executive Board of Directors for the AGC’s Greater Houston Chapter.

Known for his approachable leadership style and collaborative mindset, Jacob builds lasting relationships with clients and partners alike. His ability to align design and construction teams toward a shared vision consistently results in successful, high-quality outcomes.
