Jacob Lee; Co-Founder

Jacob Lee is responsible for the overall vision and strategic direction of the company. Jacob strives for a company culture built on creativity, honesty, and relentless commitment towards overall project success and client satisfaction.

Jacob Lee brings over 20 years of industry experience post-graduation from Texas A&M University. Jacob brings extensive experience in both high end office finish out as well as advanced healthcare. Jacob is a native Houstonian and very well connected throughout the construction industry. Jacob has served on the board for the Construction Leadership Council of the Associated General Contractors in Houston and in 2010 was named to the Executive Board of Directors of the Greater Houston Chapter of the Associated General Contractors. Jacob is the youngest professional to ever be named to the board. Jacob’s interpersonal skills attract a broad range of clients and his collaborative approach to the design and construction process always leads to consistent success.

 

Davyd Read, LEED AP; Co-Founder

Davyd Read is responsible the strategic aspects of the company’s operations including resource planning, financial planning, project estimating, and overall company growth. Davyd is extremely results driven and promotes self-accountability within the organization.

Davyd brings over 20 years of general contracting experience in the commercial construction industry. Davyd has been responsible for construction of over 3 million square foot of facilities in the greater Houston area including industrial warehouse, office buildings, and retail and entertainment facilities. In the past Davyd has been responsible for not only managing projects under construction, but has had an extremely active role in project estimating and business development. Davyd’s consistent record of success is easily attributed to superior leadership and project management skills as well as a relentless commitment to the client’s goals. Davyd believes that a methodical approach to estimating and attention to detail can put Lead Construction ahead of the rest.
