Jacob Lee; Founder & CEO

Jacob Lee is responsible for the overall vision and strategic direction of the company. Jacob strives for a company culture built on creativity, honesty, and relentless commitment towards overall project success and client satisfaction.

Jacob Lee brings over 25 years of industry experience in life science, biotech, healthcare as well as high end office finish out and warehouse/distribution. Jacob is a native Houstonian and very well connected throughout the construction industry. Jacob has served on the board for the Construction Leadership Council of the Associated General Contractors in Houston and in 2010 was named to the Executive Board of Directors of the Greater Houston Chapter of the Associated General Contractors. Jacob is the youngest professional to ever be named to the board. Jacob’s interpersonal skills attract a broad range of clients and his collaborative approach to the design and construction process always leads to consistent success.
