BEASLEY TIRE RETREAD SHOP

Beasley Tire’s mission is to provide the highest quality professional service in the industry, and they needed a space to do so. LEAD was brought in for the ground up construction of a 35,150 sq. ft. Michelin Certified Tire Retread facility along with 2,000 sq. ft. of story office build-out and site improvements.  Responsibilities included intricate process piping, ventilation and exhaust, and electrical systems as well as coordination for installation of all Michelin Retread Technology Equipment.  This project also required extension of a City of Houston Water Main along highway 69 to serve the fire sprinkler system.  From coordination to construction, LEAD was in charge of a culvert bridge along Highway 59 to cross a Harris County Flood Control ditch.
