4,000 sq. ft. build out and exterior improvements converting a storage building to a Youth gathering and recreation building. This project included build out of an assembly area, restrooms, shower, office, kitchen, and mezzanine lounge area. Also included were new overhead doors, storefront, roof repairs, exterior painting and a new walkway canopy.
