CYPRESS CORNER BUSINESS CENTER

This project consisted of ground up construction of (2) mixed use buildings totaling 26,112 sq. ft.  The building structures are pre-engineered metal with a concrete tiltwall veneer.  LEAD was also responsible for installing onsite stormwater detention, a potable water well, and a septic system.
