LEAD Construction handled both Design & Construction for a new 10,000 sq. ft. production facility inside an existing food storage warehouse as well as installation of new food production and packaging equipment. This project had some unique challenges including having to fly new boiler equipment over the top of the building to be placed in a new equipment room. LEAD also had to saw-cut into the existing building foundation to install trench drains and high temperature rated drain lines. This project exceeded expectations while the facility remained in operation 24 hours a day during construction.
