ENTERPRISE CAR SALES

LEAD Construction was responsible for construction of this facility which included a 12,000 sq. ft. Car Sales / Administration Building, a 6,300 sq. ft. Carwash / Maintenance Facility and 9 acres of paving for car storage and sales.  Both buildings were constructed with PEMB structures, and split face CMU, Stucco, and Alucobond panel veneers.The project included high end finishes for the car sales area and celebration room as well as office space.  The maintenance building includes a fully automatic drive through car wash and (2) vehicle maintenance bays.  The overall sitework included security fencing inclusive of retractable tire spike systems, chain link with barb wire, crash resistant barriers and pipe rail fencing.  This project started construction 2 weeks prior to Hurricane Harvey flooding the majority of Houston.  The project site could not be accessed for over two weeks and material delivered and labor was impacted long after the flooding subsided.  Overall the project had (62) lost days due to inclimate weather, but LEAD Construction still finished the project a month ahead of schedule.
