ENTERPRISE HOBBY - ADMINISTRATION/MAINTENANCE FACILITY

LEAD Construction was contracted for ground up construction of the remarketing facility which included a 9,400 sq. ft. Administration Building with adjacent drive-through maintenance bays, a 3,000 sq. ft. Carwash Facility, 1,900 sq. ft. Fuel Station Canopy, 2,300 sq. ft. Car Prep Canopy, 15,000 gallon underground fuel tank and 12 acres of paving for remarketing and car storage. Both buildings were constructed with conventional structural steel and split face CMU. The car wash building includes a fully automatic drive through car wash. The overall sitework included security fencing inclusive of retractable tire spike systems, chain link with barb wire, crash resistant barriers and pipe rail fencing.
