FISHING TACKLE UNLIMITED
LEAD Construction was hired by Metro National for the renovation of this 27,500 sq. ft. retail facility. The building had sat empty for some time and had significant water damage as well as significant damage to the electrical service and HVAC equipment from vandalism. LEAD was responsible for demolition of all existing finishes, refinishing all perimeter walls, clean up of the roof deck, painting walls and roof deck, installation of new lighting throughout, replacement of all roof top AC equipment, and replacement of all plumbing fixtures. LEAD also had to re-build the electrical service and pull new wire to all lighting and outlets. Once the space had been cleaned, and HVAC and Electrical systems were fully functional, LEAD helped to coordinate installation of all sales displays and up-fit for Fishing & Tack Unlimited. This project was challenging as the project commenced within one week of Hurricane Harvey. Even though labor and material was scarce following Harvey, LEAD was able to complete the project on-time and within budget.
