LIGHTNING LOGISTICS

This project consisted of the ground up construction of a new 68,000 sq. ft. Tiltwall distribution building.  The building structure was designed as a pre-engineered metal building capable of supporting (2) 20-ton overhead cranes.  The project also included 8,000 sq. ft. of 2-story office build out, which was challenging due to the fact that the entire project was built on an existing truck distribution facility site that remained operation throughout construction.  LEAD Construction was the Design / Build contractor for this facility and therefore handled all aspects of the project from design to permitting to construction and through closeout and turnover.
