LEAD was hired as the General Contractor for this project consisting of a 2,400 sq. ft. building expansion as well as a new 7,400 sq. ft. facility.  This project was challenging due to the fact that both the expansion and new building were built while the existing facility stayed fully in operation.  The buildings were also built on zero lot lines so the project access and laydown was extremely limited.  The buildings consisted of new concrete foundations and heavy duty PEMB structures.
