Plastic Express specializes in the bulk trucking, bulk terminal, packaging and warehousing for the plastics industry. As their business expanded so did their facilities needs. LEAD Construction was selected to Design-Assist and build-out their 395,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art, rail-served packaging and distribution facility in Pasadena, TX. The new facility consists of 5,300 sq. ft. of management offices, conference rooms, open office area, locker rooms, transport office, driver waiting and 389,000 sq. ft. warehousing/distribution area with an automated bagging line, palletizer, and FIBC/super sack.
