SPINDLETAP BREWERY

LEAD Construction was hired as the design / build contractor for this 10,000 sq. ft. brewery and taproom.  The project consisted of a 6,000 sq. ft. brewery production area including brewhouse, boiler, glycol chiller system, canning area, and installation of fermentation tanks.  Additionally, a 4,000 sq. ft. taproom was built for beer sales and entertaining.  The taproom utilized reclaimed wood, concrete bar tops, and thin brick veneer. Spindletap has become the premier Houston brewery.
