THE VINTAGE AT COLLEGE STATION

The Vintage at College Station was a one-of-a-kind project with unique challenges. A fully occupied 20 building, 200 unit, student-focused off campus housing complex, LEAD Construction was tasked with completing an interior renovation of the aging units while performing a complete overhaul of the exterior and grounds of the entire complex. This included renovation of The Wire - clubhouse and management office, expanding The Liquid a pool, deck and cabana lounge area with outdoor grilling. Parking areas were resurfaced and expanded to handle the increased traffic. Community amenities such as The Social were added, all with artificial cool turf, which included shuffleboard, fire pits, a dog park, and grilling areas. The Vintage was finished off with a complete landscape package upgrade to give it great curb appeal.
